So easy

What a great way to make public transit great. I don’t have to worry about carrying cash on me or loosing my card, it is fabulous.

Can’t sign in!

Waiting over 10 minutes for password reset email. Can’t buy tickets without it. Busses passed me by. This system is terrible!!!

Won’t allow pass purchase keeps saying error

I’ve used a valid debit card with plenty of money on it as well as a valid credit card as a backup to see if there was problems with first card but the same error message popped up continuously on multiple days several times that I tried to purchase a pass. Very disappointed with the app, I have to go into the store or to transit center just to get passes and it’s very inconveniencing. Please fix this problem.

Ordered for a ride to be pick up to go to my Dr.appointment that never came to get me. I had to cancel it for another hole week. My next appointment I took by car

Disgruntled Seniors

Last year Dart switched from card payments to phone app payments. Between my husband and I we had previously purchased $68 in Dart fares for seniors. At the time of transfer to the app it was not mentioned that the money on the app had an expiration date of one year. Therefore it was shocking to me when I used the app this week and was told I had no money. When I called Dart I was told the monies had expired. This she claimed was written on the ticket??? As a 71 year old,The bus drivers were always helpful in figuring out how to use the app the few times I rode the bus. Therefore there was no time to read the small print on the ticket. Question? Where does the money go when it expires. Hopefully to some worthwhile charity. If not, why don’t you just let us old folks enjoy our trips on the bus and eliminate the expiration date.

Phones break & have problems-need to come up with solution to unlock/transfer pass

The app is great, except for that lack

Purchased $120 in tickets and they didn’t load

There should be an after hours number to assist customers when issues like the is arise
