Doesnt work
I bought this app and just doesnt work. I have an iPhone 11 Pro, and no matter what I do, it remains inoperable.

Actually the app really works. And very well. It is not intuitive as we presume, but still the best app for ACLS simulation. Even with the description of iOS 8, it works with newer versions. Of course if you are reading the instructions in the comments section something went wrong... but I think it worths the effort.
Costumer Review
Well, the first thing that come to my mind as an issue of this app is the fact that whenever I leave the screen the connection with my Dart Sim is lost. This is kind of annoying since Its hard to use my iphone for the sole purpose of controling my Dart Sim when my Dart Sim Remote is needed.
Excellent software for my teaching toolbox
The instructional videos on YouTube were a big help since there was no instructions on how to use the software. A great resource for ACLS, PALS and EMS instructors!
Poor connection issues
The remote will not stay connected. During presentation I constantly have to reconnect remote. This is stressful and frustrating. Please update so that I can continue to use product as designed.
Please refund my purchase
Remote app will not pair with tablet and the pc version of this is absolutely way too expensive considering there are no instructions. I would like a refund
