DART Transit

It’s ridiculous how awful this app is. And when you are a parent who really needs to track where their disabled child is because they are unable to communicate it’s also severely anxiety inducing

The last 2 days, the DART Transit app hasn’t been showing me what time my morning bus is coming at, but it does show me what time my return bus is coming at after work. Because of this, I have to keep on calling DART to ask them where my morning bus is. Please fix this, DART.

This is the most unreliable and cumbersome app I have ever used. And worse is you don’t get an error pop up so you think you must be doing something wrong. None of the bonus features have ever worked but at least I could use trip planner. Until the last week. It just comes back that there are no buses . The other app doesn’t work either.

When you pick you want to go somewhere, and choose the date and time you want to depart, the TIME UI is so slim and invisible. I have to tap on it multiple times for the time option to even show up. It would be nice if they changed it to show a clock like the android version. I even send multiple feedback messages on the site and not a single feedback. This app has potential ONLY because google map doesnt get the recent time table for the day after.

Downloaded update and it loads white page without any information and closes. Absolutely useless app. It worked some time before update. Using ipad with OSI 18.1

The last 2 days I haven’t been able to search bus times. It’s literally blank when I hit list to get the bus stop times and this makes it hard because I connect to another bus to get home. Please fix whatever is causing this issue

I am having difficulty logging in, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. Every time I click on paratransit it throws an error.

Literally freezes all the time won’t show u where the bus actually is or if it’s late this new version. Is horrible

Trip planner says to wait for a bus that doesn’t even run on weekends. Then says to wait until 4:53am Monday morning for a different bus that does run on weekends. Total junk!
