This app did not work on my phone would not connect to my car a waste of €11 I would like a refund

When launching it crashes with a message stating it has expired
Terrible customers support
I had trouble connecting for so long. Got dribs and drabs of email responses. Eventually got told it was probably my scan tool, which I had pointed out it was working with other apps.

I have used it for the past year and it's a great tool. I reset the engine light on my wife's car twice last winter, and it gave me an accurate reading on the engine problem I had. Awesome tool for the little money I paid for it. It's also a good gadget on my BMW. If you are a car DIY, get this app.
NOT WORKING ON IPHONE
THIS APP WILL NOT WORK ON THE IPHONE . DO NOT PAY NEARLY €45 FOR A NON WORKING APP BIGGEST RIP OFF AND NO CHANCE OF REFUND THEY SHOULD BE BANNED FROM ADVERTISING THIS . IS THERE NO POLICING OR REGULATIONS AS TO WHAT APPS CAN GET AWAY WITH . VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED AND DISILLUSIONED . Is there any way this can be flagged or removed
Incompatible Issues
This application will NOT recognise OBD KEY wifi!! It is falsely stated that it will. I have submitted a techlog to Palmer Performance Engineering and they admit an error in their app. They have stated that there will be a fix in an update but will not commit to any release date for this update. It is an error on their part as there are other iPhone OBD apps that will communicate with OBD KEY wifi.
TPMS
It is very good and has been used since it came out, it needs the revision for the “TPMS” Tire Sensors, which would make it an excellent tool that is one of the most requested.!
