Transform your iPhone into a customizable display and monitoring system. DashCommand puts you in control - Monitor and data log engine and vehicle performance, fuel economy, and instantly read and clear troublesome check engine lights, all with the easy to use DashCommand app.

This app also features a professional skidpad showing lateral and accel/braking Gs with min/max indicators, a race track that visually maps out your location, acceleration and braking as you drive laps around the track, an inclinometer that shows rolling angle and vehicle pitch for off-roading, and the ability to data log, record and playback log files showing OBD-II and acceleration data.

Supporto sia per iPhone che IPad, permette di leggere molti parametri in tempo reale, resettare codici di errori e registrare dei Log.

Contro
Poco supporto alle auto europe, manca la lingua italiana, con interfaccia kiwi4 non si connette quasi mai (con Kiwi3 andava benissimo), grafica un po’ spartana da migliorare, aggiornamenti poco frequenti.

Premetto che prima di scaricare questa app a pagamento ho provato tutte le altre sull’app store, ma tra quelle che non avevano compatibilità e quelle che avevano pochissime funzioni disponibili perché bisognava comprare la versione Pro,alla fine non c’era nulla di interessante.
Devo dire che all’inizio mi ha dato un po’ di problemi questa app perché non riusciva ad accoppiarsi con il cellulare non sapendo bene per quale motivo.
Dopo girando un po’ tanto su internet sono riuscito a trovare come fare in modo di accoppiarla senza problemi impostando un indirizzo ip statico.
La procedura parte dalla wi-fi creata dalle impostazioni cliccando sulle informazioni e procedendo su configura ip e impostando la modalità manuale, dopodiché bisogna modificare l’ip inserendo 192.168.0.123 e nel campo seguente inserire 255.255.255.0 e basta.
Da qui salvate le modifiche ed entrate in Dash command nelle impostazioni andando in OBD-II data port e inserendo in indirizzo ip 192.168.0.10 e in port inserendo 35000.
Scusate per la recensione lunga, l’app credo che meriti davvero ma bisogna saper farla funzionare bene.
