## dashmate LINK Reviews in Australia

### *---- "Not working"
Not working
-- zdsfz, 2024-11-18

### *---- "Don’t buy this product"
Don’t buy this product. It’s useless. App don’t do anything and the camera is also keep on and off all the time. The app is hard to connect to wifi too. There are no support available. The dealership replaced the camera several times but still have the same issue. This is a cheep cheep piece of equipment. Please don’t buy this product.
-- indup, 2023-11-12

### *---- "There is nothing functional nor informational in the app."
As above.
-- Hennip, 2023-09-28

### *---- "Useless and rubbish app"
This app is just to tick a box by the manufacturer that they have a app. Other than it’s existence there is not much you can do with this app.

You would expect to access some features at least. The camera just keeps going one and off when it wants. Many occasions I pretended as if it were to be an accident just to see if there was any videos and no surprises there, the camera had no videos recorded at all for that day. Feels like Netflix or something where you can watch old videos.

Anyway back to the app, there is no information or help either.
-- Vibhshar28, 2022-09-25

### *---- "Extremely dissatisfied"
I agree with all the others. The app is useless. Please fix all the bugs & update it.
-- Dashcam buyer, 2022-07-28

### *---- "App is rubbish"
The app connects only when it wants to, when i does make up its mind to connect the video stops after 15 seconds, have to refresh the app and then it will run as it’s supposed to do. It’s a hit and miss, camera works fine but have to take the SD card to view footage . Fix the app
-- Jcut123445, 2022-07-05

### *---- "Rubbish"
Will not connect to updated I phones software. What a waste of money. Don’t buy this brand loom for a better one.
-- Richogymru, 2021-10-14

### *---- "Won’t work"
My Dashmate is only 3-4 years old and I can’t get it to connect to my phone. Will buy another brand. $249 wasted.
-- PPCMAX, 2021-08-27

### *---- "No wifi connection"
I’ve had this camera for about 12 months and it doesn’t connect to my phone. The update was done with no wifi password details so now I’m stuck with a camera that doesn’t even record !
-- surelybutsurely, 2021-04-16

### *---- "Is it still relevant?"
I don’t get any of those settings. I was supposed to get the dsh -1052 app but this was the only choice. The manuals say to sync and access app settings. Nope. Any tricks to it? Disappointed that I spent $600 on a product that offered wifi and doesn’t work.
