## Datovka by Freelax Description
One Czech Data Box works for free, on iPhone and iPad. Read and send messages, work with PDFs and other attachments, scan several paper pages into one PDF, and keep selected received and sent messages in the Archive. Pro adds up to three boxes, Deadlines with the amount and date taken from the document, Archive backup to iCloud and optional alerts.

Datovka by Freelax is a private, independent client for the Czech Data Box system (datová schránka / ISDS).

FREE: MESSAGES AND FILES UNDER CONTROL
• Read messages and PDF attachments
• Send a message to another Data Box
• Scan several pages, review them and attach one resulting PDF
• Choose attachments from Files as well
• Keep selected received and sent messages in the Archive on this device
• iPad layout with list and detail side by side
• Protect sign-in with Face ID or Touch ID

PRO: LESS CHECKING, A CLEARER VIEW
• Optional notice of a new official message before you sign in to ISDS
• Up to three Data Boxes in one overview
• Deadlines: the "What the document asks" card pulls the amount, the deadline and the appeal option out of the document; reminders and a Done state. Indicative calculation, the decision text prevails
• An importance Semafor based on the message's legal metadata; opened and handled remain separate states
• Archive backup to your own iCloud, with saved messages returning after a reinstall on a device signed in to the same Apple Account; can be turned off at any time
• Widgets, a choice of check-reminder interval and reference explanations of Czech terms
• Optional on-device Czech-document translation in the English interface; it is an orientation aid, not a certified translation
• Monthly, yearly or one-time access to the same Pro features; Apple always shows the current price and terms

ARCHIVE ON THIS DEVICE AND IN ICLOUD
The Archive lists newly found received and sent messages and you decide which to keep, or save a whole Data Box at once. Disconnecting a Data Box does not delete saved Archive items; deleting the Archive is a separate confirmed action with a clear scope. Before you drop a copy, the app says how many days the Data Box still holds the message – ISDS deletes it 90 days after delivery; a last copy is deleted only after a second confirmation. Without the iCloud backup the Archive stays on this device only and may be unavailable after the app is deleted. The Archive does not replace exporting important documents to Files.

PRIVACY
• Credentials stay in this device's protected, non-synchronising Keychain and are sent only to the configured ISDS endpoint for sign-in; they are never sent to iCloud
• Data Box message contents and attachments are never sent to Freelax; the Archive backup goes to your own iCloud
• Optional alerts do not require access to your email account and the service does not store the raw forwarded email
• No ads, tracking or cloud AI for document contents

INDEPENDENT APP
Datovka by Freelax is not an official government app. The app assists with ISDS; it does not replace your responsibility for checking the box, tracking deadlines and responding to official mail.
