Serial code scanner doesn’t work and lock status updates often don’t stick

Really like the locks and the concept. I have had trouble with the app connecting, and that is worrisome.

I like the functions the app provides. My issues are: 1) each time I attempt to scan a lock serial number, there is a long delay before the camera is “live”. The app acts like it is hung up, 2) it is common to get character recognition errors so I always must double check the scan, 3) the time stamp on last sync does not seem to change, I do a manual sync and it still says last sync was weeks ago, 4) after setting a lock to a new state (say for example Assigned Vacant) I have to exit the Serial numbers page, sync and then go back in to see the result. That list needs to update on every change automatically. Looking forward to some updates to the behavior - the DaVinci system is very important to our business. We use SiteLink and love how the lock codes show up as a unit note, particularly on the map view in SiteLink. It seems like tenants are successful with the instructions on the magnet signs too. We are finding locks in our lockbox, yay!
