## Day Planner Description
Day Planner helps you plan how to use a block of time, figure out what you have time for, and keep yourself on track with the plan.

It's perfect for
 - travel itineraries
 - study plans
 - business presentations/meeting planning
 - complex meal cooking plans
 - interval or circuit training workouts
 - set lists for musicians

You make a plan by setting the start time or the end time, and then add your tasks and the app calculates the start time for each task. If you set a fixed end time then the app calculates working backwards so you know what time you need to get started.

When you reach the plan's scheduled start time Day Planner shows which task is the current one with a countdown timer. You can optionally turn on notifications for the beginning of each task so that you don't need to have the app running to keep on track.

Once you've made a plan you can re-use it again and again and copy it to make variations. Editing your plan is super-quick with custom autocompletion to help you add tasks you've used in other plans by typing just a few characters.

Your data is automatically and instantly synced via iCloud so you can switch between your iPhone and your iPad and your plans will always be in sync.

You can have up to two plans for free, and when you want more you can unlock that limit with an in-app upgrade with pay-what-you-want pricing.

## Day Planner Reviews in United States

### ***** "Beyond helpful for my ADHD!"
Thank you!
-- star_girl_mag, 2022-12-29

### ***** "Excellent"
Love having a plan so I can get my day started and get a lot done. This app gets me so organized that I don’t have to worry about getting overwhelmed. Very easy to use and perfect before bed to make a plan for when you get up. Love it. Thanks!
-- Andrew Arking, 2022-07-11

### ***-- "Useful, but no share/export"
I would like to use this app for planning meeting agendas but there is no share to email capability. So it’s double work to keep information in synch.
-- Pryn625, 2021-05-10

### *---- "Not working"
Just downloaded and it says to connect iCloud, which I did and it still won’t love out of that screen. Annoying.
-- Katielark, 2020-10-01

### ****- "Good, but not great"
It would be good if you could see the start times when you are editing your schedule. Otherwise you have to save the schedule to see the start times and then edit it again with trial and error to get the times you want. Also it would be good when creating take if hitting the plus sign would save the current task and creat a new one, but instead the changes to the current task are lost.Other than that this is a great app for me to schedule my day and get a lot done. It’s just a little tedious editing and rearranging the tasks.
-- hoppysuds, 2020-09-22

### ***** "I really like this app!"
This app helps me see what I can get done in a day and allows me to easily rearrange my schedule when things change.

Suggestion: I think it would be very helpful to be able to pin an activity for a certain time. For example, if I have a meeting at 10am, it would be nice if I could pin and hour long task at 10am and everything else would just flow around it. I would really love this feature!
-- alliebee24, 2020-06-16

### ***** "Brilliant concept!"
OMG, this app was just what I’ve been looking for! I have ADHD and am terrible at schedules and routines, and I’ve tried to stick to a day planner app so many times before, but never could because they were so tedious to use. The way this one works, I’ve never seen another app like it, and it’s kind of hard to explain so you’ve got to try it yourself. This is just what I needed and actually user-friendly.
-- AmyB8484, 2020-05-16

### ***** "LOVE this app!"
As the other reviewer wrote, this is an amazing tool indeed! Simple to use and SO helpful! I too wish I had gotten this years ago...
-- Teca3, 2019-07-04

### ***** "Amazing tool"
Wish I found this sooner, good bye procrastination
-- Wantallsounds, 2019-06-20

### *---- "can’t use without iCloud"
I couldn’t even get past the warning to turn on iCloud to actually see how the app looked like. I don’t use iCloud because it wants me to upgrade to be able to accommodate all my files and I don’t really access my phone files in any other device so it’s useless to upgrade just to be able to use this app.
