It’s nice getting paid early but I’m charged almost $10 to transfer money on Apple Pay which Ive never had happen before today. With the fees Apple charges on Apple Pay & what Dayforce charges you can spend $17 on fees. I think it’s insane that I’m being charged at all to move money onto Apple Pay & will be switching because no one can afford or wants to pay $40 a month just to use their card like a normal card.

there is ALWAYS something wrong with the app, EVERY. SINGLE. TIME i try to login there’s always some type of bug or glitch or technical issue. i haven’t been able to access my money for TWO DAYS! any other financial app i use RARELY have these problems, this is a every other day thing for dayforce. i’d close my account if it wasn’t for my job. this is just terrible!

edit: over $200 taken in “reduced funds” so they’re also thieves. take your money out before they steal it!!!

I knew I wasn’t crazy I check my money really often and sometimes i’m missing 15$ or 10$ this is a consistent thing but recently I swear 215$ was taken out of my available pay money that I worked for this is really frustrating and I want everyone to pay close attention to their funds because I feel like this has to change

I’ve tried countless times throughout the week and it just won’t let me sign up. As soon as I input my address it tells me that they hit a road block and I need to sign in again. I was really hoping that this would work because my employer really screwed me over with my paycheck and I was hoping to access my money a little sooner. Guess not. If this is a bug or something it seriously needs to be addressed.

It brought over my personal details from the Dayforce app to confirm and it won’t let me confirm and move on to the next step and support can only submit a ticket no options for them to look into or trouble shoot it other than to submit a ticket that will take 7-10 business days. Just to confirm to setup a card. Which I don’t want because I just want it to deposit funds directly to my account.

doesn’t update about when the system will be down or in maintenance. so you’ll be at the store checking out WITH MONEY ON YOUR CARD (20 min before we added money to the card from available pay so we know we had money on the card) but when it was time to check out, it declined, the app was saying “activate your card” the card has been activated for over a year. smh very disappointing.

I will never EVER use this app after an investigation is done 11/4/2024 !
I got a direct deposit yesterday 11/3as well as 11/2 the day before…. Immediately day 11/4 half my money gone and Dayforce wallet couldn’t see what had happened only transactions of race track which also still pending in the amount of 125$ for GAS I DIDNT PURCHASE (125) I purchased 25$ dollars! 
156$ deducted over nite from a previous balance of 347$!!!

Never again!!! Texas I AM so if anyone uses this app you’VE BEEN WARNED!!
