DaySmart Pet, formerly 123Pet, is an easy to use groomer appointment scheduling app for pet grooming business owners, employees, and independent contractors that lets you manage your grooming business on the go. Try our free 14 day trial. Paid subscription required after the free trial ends or simply cancel during trial and you will not be billed for anything.

EASY-TO-USE APPOINTMENT BOOK
Quickly flip through days on your calendar, view and schedule appointments, and book time blocks to mark yourself off the appointment book.  DaySmart Pet™ is a great grooming scheduler app for any size pet business, and pet grooming business owners and managers can even check out the appointment schedule of any of the employees at the business.

EASILY MANAGE CLIENT AND PET INFO
View your clients’ pets’ grooming or medical notes, see what products and services the client has purchased in the past, all their upcoming appointments, send them a quick text or e-mail right from the app, or even get a map to their address if you’re a mobile pet groomer. DaySmart Pet™ is a useful pet grooming client manager and makes it easy to keep up-to-date and in contact with all of your pet salon’s clients.

MANAGE TIME BLOCKS
Not just a pet salon grooming scheduler, you can block out time on your calendar to let everybody at the business know when you’re not available. The appointment book is always in-sync, so everybody will instantly know your availability.

CREDIT CARD PROCESSING
Process credit cards right from your device. You can swipe cards using a convenient mobile credit card reader, or type in credit card information to process credit card or debit card transactions. Even e-mail a receipt when you’re done!

App always works great but crashes on the iOS 18.2 beta and it’s always worked on previous beta’s. Not sure if there’s somewhere I can report bugs/crashes so this was my best attempt at notifying the devs, thanks!

We are small grooming shop, and have been in business for over 60 years. We were so old school with our clients, and keeping our records on index cards. We were always losing them, or getting them mixed up, and they sometimes just vanished into thin air. So when we heard about DayStart we did some research and thought it was to good to be true. Part of our problem was we have 9 groomers, and two locations, with two groomers who work at both locations. When we reached out to the marketing team, and discussed our needs, they said this system would work perfectly for us. Then we talked about pricing, and how everything worked. I went back to the owners of our store, and told them what they said. At that time it was not in the budget, so we had to wait until we started picking up. We got together and talked about it, and figured out how we could cover the cost. Then it hit us, we took the money that people paid for nail trims, and used that to cover the cost. We have had the system for seven months now, and it has completely changed our business. Each groomer has complete control over their own clients, and they love the real time notifications of when a client gets booked. They love that they can block time out for larger dogs, or more difficult ones. Our clients love that they get text and emails for reminder appointments. The system has been able to maintain both shops, and have had very little problems with dividing the clients making sure that the clients go to the right location, and groomer. So if you are considering using this program, please stop, and just do it. You will be so happy with your decision on doing so. Also, the customer service team is beyond amazing, and so helpful. They are right there when you need them for any questions or issues that you may have. In the seven months that we have been working with DaySmart, we have only had to contact customer support twice. Both times it was due to our mistake on doing something, and they had it fixed in no time. So again don’t wait just do it.
