Why i cannot watch premier league in hongkong dazn
Why???
The app is terrible at syncing all my devices especially if I’m traveling. Also, there are a ton of bugs. Clicking into the game often it’s another game or it jumps to the end. The old GamePass alone app was so much better
Can’t Change the audio language
I cannot change my audio language to English even though it keeps saying it can change it to English
Game Pass poor connections
I’m in HK and just purchased the game pass plan. I’m constantly buffering and almost cannot share screen via Apple TV without reloading every minute. Please take this seriously and fix the issue for overseas users btw there’s NO Full Game Replays (even though the app says it does), it will just take you to highlights or the ad-free version.
Update 1 day before the NFL opener????
And then it doesn’t work!!!! It keeps asking me to have update, and after update, still ask me to update. And this happens before the NFL opener, and now I couldn’t watch first game of the season, and it said needs to update after I did!!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!
Over charged - offered services couldnt provide
I joined DZNE to watch the fury fight via my laptop, DZNE took the payment twice. Then then a pop up came up and said I want aloud to watch Fury Usyk in my jurisdiction. So I downloaded the app to my phone, logged in with my new account and the app charged me again for the subscription via Apple Pay, by this time I missed the fight and have paid for 3 subscriptions. I would like my money back please
Last update fail
After last update, I cannot stream anything!! Horrible
Poor access and zero customer service
There is a problem with my NFL Gamepass access. I can only watch highlights rather than full game replays or even Game in 40 minutes. I would say I can only watch approximately 1 out of ever 10 full replay games I have tried to watch. And I have tried to reach customer service but it is a bot which said it has forwarded my issue to a human and they will contact me. That was three days ago and I’ve had zero contact from them. So, I’ve paid the equivalent of US$250 and basically can only watch highlights. I cannot get any customer service response after repeated requests. Complete crap.
Unable to watch nfl game.
A coup for DAZN to get the NFL games, but at this point a disappointing experience for me.
