Updated app - beliave or not, NFL game pass even worse than last season
1. Crashes often, Especially the help chat feature. Easy to solve problems as every time they ask screen shot the app crashes and you can’t get back to that existing conversation nor start new because you already have chat on-going :)
2. Download feature is nice, but unfortunately you can’t find downloaded content anywhere
3. Screen mirroring from iPhone (or iPad) to TV (appletv existing), worked last season, but not anymore
4. Auto invoicing from your credit card is working perfectly, even I thought to buy one season pass last year

Poor app
I was watching Hard Knocks on my iPad, because the older versions don’t show up on my Samsung TV’s menu. The audio was continuously 5 seconds behind the video, so I paused the episode.
Wien I came back there was a notice on the screen to go to the app store to update the app to continue watching.
So I did. The app on the app store says ”open”, when I click that, it sends me to the page that tells me to update to continue watching. Which page takes me to the page that tells me to update to continue watching. And so on, and on and on. I paid €270 for a season of this🙄
Application does not work most of the times
Application for Apple needs to be updated every hour, still NFL Game Pass does not work. Live streams dont work. Waste of money at the moment…

Terrible app
Takes a lifetime to load. Over 7 minutes from clicking the app before you can watch anything at all. Shocking. When you get it on there is no issues but getting it on is the hardest part.
Get NFL back to their own app
I think it’s sad that NFL gave their premium sports product to DAZN outside US - especially when they clearly are focusing on growing the brand in Europe. This is not how NFL content should be handled - DAZN is unreliable, slow to deliver different versions of games, spoiling results of games when you start watching, the UI make it very hard to find anything in the app (NFL network produces a lot of content, can someone tell the DAZN people…). I would pay extra to be able to use NFL+, not this boxing pay per view service that doesn’t understand football fandom.

Cheap 1 euro SB, but cannot cancel subscription on my iphone. Not sure if they will take my money in august like they did last year.

Audio sync/equalizator
Otherwise very satisfied with the app & content, but for some reason Dazn audio production quality is not at bar. Sometimes audio is hard to hear or there is volume imbalance depending on which microphone is in use. This is annoying in headphone listening.
