Traps you into a 12 month contract

Can’t adjust or change your subscription. Not a good service and would not recommend.

Full of bugs

Some of the worst app experiences I’ve had. So many bugs, crashing and disconnecting. I’ve lost count of games that have been spoiled when the app decides to jump to the end of the game or jump to live, when I’m watching delayed. Extremely frustrating on almost every use, but this is what we have internationally if we want to watch our teams play…

Terrible experience

We used to have Gamepass in NZ for NFL, but since they switched to DAZN the experience has been so bad I’ve considered going back to illegal streaming. The app is trash. Slow, poor resolution even with 5G, always jumps to live so it spoils the game, needs constant restarts. Absolute trash. NFL please take the rights away from DAZN.

Average at best.

Got the app for the Parker vs Wilder fight couple weeks ago. Had to pay monthly prescription plus almost $30 nz for the fight. The quality of the streaming was well below par. I have Starlink and had no issues from the download speeds but the coverage of the fight was buffering all the time and very pixelated making it almost impossible to watch. I won’t be continuing my subscription witch is a bugga for people that are trying to support boxing.

Don’t bother

Do not buy this app! It is terrible, I have a different problem with it every week, they do not provide all of the features they say are available and when you watch it the screen is obscured by random numbers and letters

No. Sound for the main fight!!!

Poor quality streaming

Constant buffering and freezing during Day of Reckoning, having to sign in and refresh often. Incredibly infuriating. Got worse as the broadcast progressing, presumably as more people joined the stream. Terrible, will not purchase a PPV again

Awful streaming quality

I have had Apple devices for well over a decade. Dazn has finally driven me to leave my first review. The terrible streaming quality and constant buffering is a joke. We have multiple other streaming services - including sports one - and all stream in HD without ever buffering (our internet speed is 300+ mb). Yet watching a live match on Dazn, it buffers every 30-60 seconds no matter what I’ve tried. I then wind up being way behind in the match. For example I am currently trying(!!!) to watch a champions league match on the tv, but it was buffering so much that by minute 18 I opened it on my iPad to try. And the match was actually already in minute 25. So that’s 7 minutes behind in that short space of time because of so much buffering?? What exactly am I paying for? Avoid at all costs, even if you’re a big fan, it’s just not worth the frustration.

We still don’t get downloads.

I love to watch the team on NFL breakfast. And other content. Also downloaded games so that I can watch without to drop down and buffeting. Can we use Game Pass. Is a great app. Or does NFL have other apps that show the NFL product talk shows. This is just so frustrating. I’m get 800,000 mbs and it’s buffering. It’s not my wifi. Get it fixed.

Get a grip

Any subscription based app that can’t cancel (or even just adjust) the actual subscription is a joke. Having a page that says “continue on a browser :P” without actually having any buttons to GET to the browser is not good enough and is clearly money hungry behaviour. Disappointed and dissatisfied
