Ob auf dem Weg zur Arbeit, im Feierabend oder während eines Städtetrips, mit Call a Bike kannst du jederzeit und deutschlandweit günstig ein Fahrrad mieten. Insgesamt 13.000 Fahrräder stehen dir in über 80 Städten zur Verfügung. Mit der App kannst du auch ein Fahrrad von StadtRAD Hamburg und Lüneburg sowie RegioRadStuttgart ausleihen. In der App werden alle Fahrräder auf einer interaktiven Karte dargestellt. Du kannst sie vor Ort über QR-Code oder durch Eingabe der Fahrradnummer ausleihen. Deine Fahrt kannst du pausieren: einfach in der App aktivieren und das Fahrradschloss verschließen. Zur Rückgabe bringst du das Fahrrad an eine der Call a Bike-Stationen, die du in der interaktiven Karte in der App findest. Einzelheiten und Kosten zu deinen Fahrten hast du in deinen Buchungen jederzeit im Blick. Du kannst hier außerdem Gutscheincodes einlösen, Schäden melden und dein Kundenkonto verwalten. Ständig muss ich 25€ Strafe zahlen weil die App einen komplett anderen Standort registriert, dann muss man sich einen schrecklichen Kundenservice geben, der extrem langsam reagiert. Ich hasssee es abgrundtief. -- CB TWENTY, 2024-12-10 ### *---- "App funktioniert nicht" Ich kann seit geraumer Zeit die App nicht nutzen. Die Ausleihe funktioniert nicht. Der Support ist nicht erreichbar. Es gibt keine Telefonnummer und der Email Support antwortet nicht, seit 1 Monat trotz Rückfragen. Unfassbar ist das ich kann auch nicht kündigen, weil Vertragslaufzeit 1 Jahr ist. Nie Wieder!! Auch die Verfügbarkeit in den meisten deutschen Städten ist großartig. Leider zerstört DB Connect diese gute Idee mit größtenteils minderwertiger Technik (schlechte GPS-Ortung, Räder oft defekt) und miserablem Support. Die Mitarbeiter sind oftmals so schlecht informiert, dass man wegen fälschlichen Gebühren von wenigen Euros vor Gericht ziehen müsste, was natürlich niemand macht. Und nein: wenn die Rückgabe oder Ausleihe nicht funktioniert, brauche ich sofort einen Menschen am Telefon- da hilft kein Mailformular, das Tage später beantwortet wird. I got charged for parking a bike outside of a parking area, even though I didn’t. The GPS was off and I was charged. When I tried getting a reimbursement, with proof that I had indeed parked correctly, I kept getting the automated answers from what I can only assume is a bot that proceses complaints. I can’t get in touch with a real person and this issue, plus a lot of other buggy aspects of the app, make it 1 star.
