Des retards pire que la sncf, et 0 remboursement .
Only in German!
From a French phone it is impossible to install the DB app in English. By default it will be in German.
Difficult to use
Even in English there is random German here and there making it very difficult to get proper information.
Plus nul que SNCF CONNECT
Je ne pensais pas que c'était possible. DB l'a fait. L'application DB est plus nulle qu'SNCF CONNECT. Des liens ne fonctionnent pas. On est averti par une erreur de paiement qu'il n'y a finalement plus de place dans le train. On veut changer son billet, on ne change que sa réservation sans que ce soit clair. Prenez l'avion même si ce n'est pas ecolo. Moins cher en comptant les multiples erreurs de changement de billet.

How is it possible to switch language to English on my french language iPhone X with iOS 16.7 ? The settings of this app do NOT provide the possibility. Very frustrating.

Il faudrait juste avoir une version plus adaptée aux tablettes rendant le format paysage possible. Le site puis l’application sont ce que l’on fait de mieux pour les itinéraires en France.

I think 1,5/5 is already too much for what they deserve. Today there are many many trains delayed, well it’s not a special day it’s always like this anyway. But today it’s seems it’s because of the rain. So again the trains are cancelled, and delayed. There is not enough seats available. People are sitting on the floor. I found a place in 1rst class, I know it should not be used when you have a 2nd class ticket: but special day = special rules ? Or maybe some compassion? I started my journey at 8:48am this morning. So when I was controlled I was asked to step outside and sit on the floor. Even my seat had no reservation…
