The app is extremely hard to navigate, I have to select unnecessary filters before searching for available trains. Button placement is inconsistent, I never know where to look for information. And most importantly, the app does not allow to recover from mistakes. If my payment for tickets doesn't work for some reason, all my booking gets DISCARDED instantly and I have to start over. And also my voucher became invalid after an unsuccessful payment. I hate this app with my whole heart.

Die Frage ist, warum und wann Sie sie mir zurückgeben, ich habe nicht einmal ein Konto in dieser Anwendung, ich habe kein Ticket, ich habe es nie benutzt. Aber das Geld wurde abgeschrieben. Schrecklich, gib mir mein Geld zurück!!!!!!
