## DB NRWay Description
DB NRWay ist der ideale Begleiter für Bus- und Bahnfahrer:innen in NRW. In DB NRWay gibt es nicht nur Tickets für den Verkehrsverbund oder für NRW, sondern mit dem Deutschland-Ticket auch ein bundesweit gültiges Ticket, dass ebenfalls einfach per Klick gekauft werden kann. Die App DB NRWay enthält eine aktuelle Fahrplanauskunft und weitere Informationen über die gewünschten Verbindungen. Das Ticketsortiment enthält Tickets des VRR, des WestfalenTarifs, des Rheinlandtarifs und des NRW-Tarifs. Wer es einfach und bequem haben möchte, nutzt am besten den elektronischen Luftlinientarif eezy.nrw. Das geht mit der App kinderleicht. Mit einem Klick auf Check-In und nach der Fahrt per Klick auf Check-Out. Die Abrechnung läuft automatisch im Hintergrund.

Die App ist absolut unzuverlässig. Teilweise fehlen Zugverbindungen, beim Auswählen einer Verbindung verschwindet die Verspätung. Eben erlebt: schaue auf der Fahrt zum Hbf Düren nach, wann die RE1 nach Köln fährt - wird um 8.17 h als pünktlich angezeigt. 2 Minuten später wird am Bahnsteig eine Verspätung von 8 Minuten angezeigt.
Fazit: die Bahn sollte die Programmierer entlassen und die Nutzer die App löschen. Diese App ist ein Beispiel für den desolaten Zustand der Bahn.

Keine homescreen Widgets für Ticket oder Zeitplan für‘n Umstieg? Ungenügend.

Die App ist fehlerbehaftet und zieht gerne mal 10,00€ statt des eigentlichen Preises für das eezy-Ticket ein, weil der Check-Out von der App nicht verarbeitet wird. Eine Meldung über das Kontaktformular nicht möglich, weil der Server mal wieder nicht erreichbar ist... 
Der Server ist ständig nicht erreichbar, was beim Check-In an der Haltestelle echt ätzend ist, weil man die Hälfte der Zeit doch das teurere Ticket beim Busfahrer kaufen muss.

An einigen Stellen ruckelt die App und läuft nicht ganz fehlerfrei. Aber der Support ist dafür sehr lobenswert: schnelle Rückmeldung auf Anfragen per Nachricht und kulante Lösung bei Problemfällen.
