I've been thoroughly impressed with DBS Bank's exceptional service! The account opening process was seamless, efficient, and hassle-free.

The mobile banking app is user-friendly, intuitive, and constantly evolving with new features.

What truly stands out is the outstanding customer support. The team is knowledgeable, responsive, and always willing to help.

DBS Bank's innovative solutions, competitive rates, and extensive network of branches and ATMs have made banking a breeze.

I'm particularly impressed that my debit card has NO FEES, MYACCOUNT with no initial deposit or minimum account balance required. Plus, renewing my debit card comes with NO CHARGE! This flexibility and cost-effectiveness are extremely important to me and a major reason why I love banking with DBS.

One suggestion for improvement would be to expand the international banking services.

Overall, DBS Bank has exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, customer-centric, and fee-friendly banking experience!

Bad and cumbersome app poorly designed with facial recognition not able to load. Need to constantly review as my overseas friends also faced similar issues and had to fly back to sg to manually change to new iPhone app. Only allows one usage which is quiet inconvenient when u are working overseas and your old phone breakdown. At bank branch, one dept doesn’t communicate with another very well but customer service is good. Gone are the good old days of service and everything that works well in Asia financial capital. Sigh.

Someone in DBS have a crazy KPI for getting user reviews. Everytime you log out, they ask you for a review. Takes an extra tap to exit out. 

Come in DBS, you are irritating customers too much. No one asks for feedback that often. Especially irritating for paylah where I make several transactions a day.
