The app does not have a very user friendly interface and there are still somethings that can only be done via website.
Cannot open the apps dbs digibank
Hi can help to do a fix bugs on the apps. When I click on the apps, it cannot even go in and remain at the main screen of dbs logo only. Please help to solve the issue. Thank you

Why does the app always ask for ratings every time you logout? It is so annoying!
Bad transfer experience
Unable to make a normal transfer if U change a Mobil phone . Tech side should have look at both email OTP n also Mobil phone OTP
