It has been 5 days. No fix or alternative working solutions from the DBS team. Their advice to me was to use the ATM. This is 2025. That is ridiculous. I have not been able to access my money reliably for 5 days, and they also cannot give me an estimate of when the fix for the app will come. VERY disappointing. I will not be putting my money here. It does not feel safe at all. If you are abroad, or in a place with limited ATMs and need to transfer money, good luck to you. I see other DBS customers in the review section have the same issue for a while now, and still no fix. Seems like DBS doesn’t care much about us. Save yourself some time and mental well-being.
