I’ve had a problem with the DBS mobile app for longer than I can remember which is more than 4-5 years. Whenever I want to transfer funds the msg “Service not available right now” pops up. And after I manage to transfer a fund, the same msg pops up and blocks me from returning to the main menu. I am forced to log out and if I have 3 transfers to do, I have to log out and log in 3 times. As if things couldn’t get worse, now I have trouble even transferring funds and have to keep fiddling with the app until I hit some magic spot and the transfer window pops up. This is not what I am paying for or expect from a world class bank. Pls do something to rectify the problem. Thanks

I am on it for no more than 10 seconds doing a transaction and get timed out. It keeps happening and I keep missing my order to be placed. This is not helpful and potentially cause me to miss my price for a buy or sell. What is going on. I have given feedback but nothing happens. It’s just not expected that this is happening.
No help no response.
