The PayLah! App is in a constant loop of session timeout and won’t go back to login screen.
I found the process difficult. I also have the DBS app but couldn’t seem to link the paylah app to it. Also tried with SingPass but failed because I’m not Singaporean. Eventually found the scan feature in the DBS app hidden and with little mention of paylah. Therefore used that and deleted this paylah app. The user experience of both apps is quite poor.
Trying to do the last part of verification so that I can start using account. However, encountered problem and App does not have any methods of allowing me to clarify queries. - I don’t have a Posb/DBS account. Thus have to verify my identity manually. -App will prompt for me to take photo of front and back NRIC. But does not have a submit button. So you can’t actually submit the details. - And because App does not have any means to report error or clarify what user can do.... it’s kind of useless isn’t it? - Don’t know if I can trust this App with my bank details and money transactions.
Waste of time if my non-Singapore mobile does not work

This app wont even let me log in. I only successfully logged in ONCE in my 2 years using this app. Im not able to use my rewards because the app is 99.9% always not working.
Can’t close account as the app doesn’t allow me to select the reason
Called DBS hotline week ago and ask to check on email block setting for OTP and after 2 weeks call again and was told to wait up to 3 days to resolve issue but call back that in need to consent for them to check at their end to work on my email issues may take quite sometimes for their texh team Told the hotline if they working on their end why must I consent to above as this is not my email issue since all other digibank are working with same email Now wait again for their update
