I don’t like that you have to pay to include customized activities but DBT coach has been useful in tracking what I’m going to tell my therapist; I forget everything that happened by therapy so this app acts as a diary. I also think it could be cool to add physical pain symptoms in addition to mental health issues as someone who just records that in the text box diary. I just pretend I’m talking to my therapist throughout the week.

This is an excellent pocket resource with all I need to know about DBT in one place with built in accountability, groups and test. I’m excited to dig in!
I use this app in conjunction with journaling and so far I love it !
The information in here is accurate and helpful to me. I wish there was an iOS widget to log every day.

It’s literally the most perfect app for DBT. I love it.
I’ve loved this app since I got it a couple of months ago, but the last few days, it keeps randomly closing at the most inconvenient times. I’ll be in the middle of an exercise or video and the app will completely close out and I’ll have to start over again. I still love it…when it works.
