This app must be programmed by a bunch of monkeys. Actually I take that back they could probably do a better job. It asks you a bunch of questions when you put tickets in. The majority of questions don’t stop repeating themselves. For example they ask you three times for your phone number. They asking you to upload a picture at the beginning but then ask you again later if you uploaded a picture. It seems like basic common sense  is not one of their strong points. Recently, the app freezes on the Map page. Impossible to get past that. Like everything DC does, there seems to be no oversight or intelligence as to how it is done. The city is great at burning through money and this is just another example of misuse of taxpayer money.

This app worked fine until a few months ago. Now when you get to the location section, it won’t let you search for a location and freezes - so it’s unusable. It’s annoying because I can’t submit pictures if I have to call instead of use the app, so it’s more work for the city to figure out what I’m referencing. Please fix!!
