Have tried both on my phone, husband’s phone, iPads and old cellphones but nothing works. Sad because when we first got here it was working well. Now boom nothing. -- nuttynat1991197920112018, 2025-08-06 ### *---- "Charged me to download" Charged $28.99 to download, without notice! -- Nellyellen27, 2025-06-24 ### *---- "Fails to remember your address" I have to reenter my address every week and notifications never work because of these. -- Jafula, 2024-09-30 ### *---- "App can’t tell what bins I have" I had great hopes for this app but it initially only recognised my red and green bins now it recognises only my red bin. It only gives me notices for the red bin. Sadly it is useless. Great idea, but hopelessly defective and clearly is not being maintained or fixed. -- Davidm54, 2024-08-12 ### **--- "Have to delete and reinstall" APP worked well for a couple of weeks. Then decided I had no bins allocated to my address. Deleted and reinstalled - appears to be working now. -- BA101.2, 2024-08-05 ### *---- "Doesn’t work" Latest major version update has caused addresses to not have collection dates assigned to them -- 194826, 2024-07-11 ### *---- "Nice if it worked" I thought what a good idea, however typed in my address and got the wrong information which has caused us to miss out rubbish pick up… -- olly_rox, 2024-07-05 ### *---- "Good Idea but Terrible app" Doesn’t work says address not in service area when it is when contact customer support they dont respond. -- hc zom, 2024-06-23 ### *---- "Not working" Currently you cannot input an address to get your collection day. It’s the same on their website -- Jackasht, 2023-10-23 ### **--- "Notifications turn off" I hate this app. Great idea but I’ve had to delete and reinstall repeatedly as it stops doing the notifications which was the whole reason I got it. I’ve experienced notifications switched on but not actually happening and more recently will not let me switch them on. Have just reinstalled it again - maybe it will work better this time. -- zpig26, 2023-03-13 [View all DCC Kerbside Collection reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Apps Similar to DCC Kerbside Collection - [Kiwi Central](https://apptail.io/app/kiwi-central-pMo/new-zealand) - [Hivepass](https://apptail.io/app/hivepass-sRWc/new-zealand) - [Powershop NZ](https://apptail.io/app/powershop-nz-Kwek/new-zealand) - [myRent](https://apptail.io/app/myrent-bvjm/new-zealand) - [Mercury App](https://apptail.io/app/mercury-app-oiOm/new-zealand) - [Contact Mobile NZ](https://apptail.io/app/contact-mobile-nz-mnVm/new-zealand) - [Rocket Mobile NZ](https://apptail.io/app/rocket-mobile-nz-Osto/new-zealand) - [NZTA Waka Kotahi](https://apptail.io/app/nzta-waka-kotahi-dEOq/new-zealand) - [Rockgas](https://apptail.io/app/rockgas-asHw/new-zealand) - [Meridian Energy NZ](https://apptail.io/app/meridian-energy-nz-XCVw/new-zealand) ## DCC Kerbside Collection Available In - [New Zealand](https://apptail.io/app/dcc-kerbside-collection-NJzc/new-zealand) - [Australia](https://apptail.io/app/dcc-kerbside-collection-NJzc/australia) - [Hong Kong SAR China](https://apptail.io/app/dcc-kerbside-collection-NJzc/hong-kong) - [Philippines](https://apptail.io/app/dcc-kerbside-collection-NJzc/philippines) - [Singapore](https://apptail.io/app/dcc-kerbside-collection-NJzc/singapore) - [Japan](https://apptail.io/app/dcc-kerbside-collection-NJzc/japan) - [China](https://apptail.io/app/dcc-kerbside-collection-NJzc/china) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
