Which means the cases are in the favourite list only. But it’s not seeing daily cases calendar -- Aslam.puthur, 2025-09-22 ### *---- "Worst experience" my experience has been highly unsatisfactory. The biggest issue is that I cannot add cases to my mobile application unless I have vakalath in those cases. This makes it almost unusable for those who want to follow cases as a litigant, researcher, or general public observer. Because I cannot save or add cases, I am forced to manually search for them every single time by entering all the case details repeatedly. This is tedious, time-consuming, and completely opposite to the convenience that a mobile app should provide. In contrast, the previous eCourts application was far more user-friendly and accessible. It allowed adding any case to my watchlist without restrictions, enabling quick and efficient tracking. The DCMS app’s current design feels like a step backward. It restricts access to information instead of facilitating it. Suggestion: •The authorities should consider running the previous eCourts application in parallel with DCMS until all features — especially the ability to add and track any case — are restored. •Alternatively, DCMS should be updated to allow case tracking without the vakalath restriction, at least for public court records. Until such changes are made, I find the DCMS app inconvenient and inefficient compared to its predecessor. -- Adv.
