## DeafVoice Description
Tausende von Gehörlosen in der Schweiz können mit der neuen Notruf-App DeafVoice eine direkte Verbindung zur örtlichen Polizei, Feuerwehr und anderen Notfalldiensten herstellen. Sie können ihr Anliegen mitteilen und die App sorgt dafür, dass die Einsatzzentralen auch direkt antworten können. Dies ist möglich dank Umsetzung von Text in Sprache und umgekehrt von Sprache in Text. Die App übermittelt die genaue Standortadresse der Betroffenen auf Basis des GPS-Signals.
Gehörlose waren bisher bei Notrufen auf Dritthilfe angewiesen und dadurch benachteiligt. Daher lancieren wir mit DeafVoice eine App als Weltneuheit in der Sprach-  und Textumsetzung bei Internet-Telefonie. 
Die neue Notruf-App ist einfach zu bedienen. Gehörlose tippen zuerst das Icon der Polizei, Sanität, Feuerwehr, Rega oder Tox Info Suisse an. Dann können Sie durch Antippen weiterer Icons die Notlage konkret beschreiben und den Anruf auslösen. Die App wählt automatisch die örtlich zuständige Notrufzentrale. Dort hört der Mitarbeiter, der den Anruf entgegen nimmt, eine Computerstimme. Diese Stimme informiert ihn, dass der Anruf via Notruf-App erfolgt und nennt die Angaben zu Person, Standortadresse und Notfall. Die Notrufzentralen antworten mündlich. Ihre Aussagen sind auf dem Handy oder Tablet des Gehörlosen als Text lesbar.
