## DealerRater for Dealers Description
DealerRater’s mobile app, designed exclusively for use by employees of DealerRater Certified Dealers, will allow you to connect with your customers faster than ever. We’ve packed powerful features into a small package to help you easily connect and communicate with customers, snap and send LotShot photos, and manage and edit your DealerRater profile - all of which drives more sales and service business for you and your dealership.

ACTIVITIES AND CONNECTIONS

Take ownership of your customer connections by responding in real-time as soon as you receive a lead. Get alerts whenever someone leaves a review for your dealership, tags you in a new review or connects with an employee at your dealership.

RESPOND TO REVIEWS

View and manage your reviews from DealerRater, Google, Facebook, and Cars.com, all from one easy-to-use dashboard.

EARN NEW REVIEWS WITH LOTSHOT

Snap a photo of your happy customer taking delivery of their car, then enter their contact information and hit send to text or email them the photo - it’s that easy! Once the review is written, the customer’s photo appears publicly alongside the review so prospects can see for themselves what a great experience you provide!

MANAGE AND EDIT PROFILE

View and edit your profile directly within the app. Showcase your experience, specialties, hobbies, and more to help prospects connect with you and ask for you by name in the showroom!

### **--- "It only works if you can sign in"
I have been at this dealer for 10 years and I like Dealer Rater out of most review places like google however I was using facial recognition to sign in , then it stopped, then I had to change my password several times and still can’t get in , what is going on with Dealer Rater !!!!! Fix it!!!!
-- Kbuzz59, 2024-09-10

### ***-- "What Happened to text?!?!"
App works awesome to capture reviews, but you can no longer text the customer the link to leave a review and only allows email. Most customers prefer text so makes it harder for some customers to get the link since they don't use their email as much. Other than that, great app.
