Really liked the old way of seeing the sales. It’s better for customers knowing when a SALE starts and END! Felt much more secure on the old system. Change is good BUT only if it’s better. This is no reflection on your business or Services, it’s always been GREAT!!

They say the app is free and so is browsing through the app but they charged me!

DealsDirect would be one of the easiest best stocked and stacked websites ever. You cannot beat their prices. I’ve bought Prada and Burberry well under the rrp. It is extremely Consumer friendly. It makes you want to spend money you haven’t got!

Awesome sales and products guys but damm your app is so not user friendly and so restrictive. Honestly please a complete makeover ASAP!!! 🤞

The app is terrible! Not only can you not read the pale grey descriptions but it is also impossible to read their replies to enquiries beyond the 1st line! Add this to the fact their customer service is alternatively non existent or appallingly rude and unprofessional. Don't deal with them there are much better businesses out there that don't rip you off!

New Ourpay payments are very easy to use and like the fact can use across other websites

Haven't purchased in around 12 months, app still works well but then I haven't updated & am using old version. Search works well & found Xmas presents I wanted. Thanks!

I’m all for change but in this case it’s now lacking the security features it once had. Also can’t see when sales start and the search option is terrible. Have noticed some items are doubled up and in some cases tripped in where they are being sold.... not cool and is a time waster. Back in the day DD was super fast with their delivery, now some items have taken up to 2 months.
