It’s definitely missing some things - there should be an option to add in monthly fees rather than just interest, and it would be good if there was a graph/pie chart view so you can compare your debts visually, not just in a list. The choice of payment strategies is a good idea but you have to pay $10 to apply it and it doesn’t seem to actually do anything other than recalculate the timeline to pay off your debts - it doesn’t actually show you how to adjust your repayments in order to make the new timeline. -- Pnoelles, 2025-05-17 ### ****- "Please add monthly fee option!!!!" I love this app- it is the best and easiest debt tracker app I have found BUT please add an option for a monthly fee to be added rather than interest. Debt Snowball is the app I needed to finally make sense of my debt repayments. It's very user-friendly, allowing me to list all my debts and pay then focus on paying off the smallest ones first. While keeping up with minimum payments on other debts, I started to see real progress. The best part is when I finish paying one debt, that payment gets added to the next one, creating a snowball effect. It may not be the most money-saving method, but the motivation it gives me is invaluable. Debt Snowball helped me gain control of my finances and feel more confident about becoming debt-free. -- Msgerfan, 2023-04-23 ### ***-- "Half way there" This app is good but it’s missing a few features that would justify the $4.49 price tag, especially considering that it is aimed at people for whom money is an issue. Firstly, once you enter your debts and they appear neatly on the main screen, it can not be moved... like at all, it appears in the order it was entered and that’s it. Second, Payment strategies are hidden away in the settings, and once you have selected one... absolutely nothing happens! Thirdly, additional payment can not be added to upcoming payments and be used as a forecast for the remaining balance, it can only be added and then immediately triggers the payment to be marked as complete. Lastly, when setting up a debt, it doesn’t let you enter custom figures, such as if the debt were subject to a payment plan that is not being calculated in the standard principle plus interest format.
