## Decanter Premium Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "Why oh why"
I am unable to login to the app which is incredibly frustrating as I’ve been a member for years
-- BAR 1010, 2024-11-01

### ***-- "Spend more time re installing the app recently than i do reading it!"
This app has worked well for several years but has suddenly started to stop updating. The helpful technical team tell you to reinstall which doesn’t work and eventually correct it after several weeks. Last time Its worked for a few weeks and then stopped working again. 3 yrs ago this app was a nightmare and it looks like we’ve gone back to this very brand damaging behaviour!
-- Duncan Maw, 2024-08-20

### **--- "Useless if offline"
The content is great and it works fantastic if connected to the internet. They offer the ability to download the magazine but the app itself won’t work if offline so renders it useless. Please fix this. I posted this a year or so back and it’s still the same. You can download the magazine but if you are offline it doesn’t work. Can’t be that hard.
-- taustwick76, 2024-08-07

### ***-- "Regular reinstalling is a big pain on this great app"
Love this Decanter Premium App but having to reinstall it every few weeks - often at inconvenient times is a pain. This glitch should have been fixed by now 🤨
-- APPLE/SHETLAND, 2024-05-06

### *---- "Still an awful app"
Nothing has changed about this app in the years I’ve had a premium subscription and there is nothing premium about it. It does a basic job of letting you read an online magazine, so why do I have to regularly delete it and reinstall to be able to login?
-- ElSemm, 2024-01-06

### *---- "Logging in"
The site never recognises my membership so I reset my password and it still doesn’t pick-up the new one and so I don’t have access. Really frustrating bearing in mind the membership cost.
-- GRC2023, 2023-11-28

### *---- "Can’t access it"
I bought this app and it looks great, but it asks me to sign in. After I sign in, I try to access some content and it asks me to sign in again, so I am stuck in an endless loop.

My complaint to the help line told me I need to pay a subscription but I already paid £19 for the app. Doesn’t seem right and if it is right, then it is a swindle.
-- MikeMann295, 2023-05-12

### *---- "Locked out"
Can’t log in even after restarting password. Shame
-- Joeethomas, 2022-12-08

### *---- "Blocked out"
For some reason my email address is showing as not being registered but is the same I have had for many years so it happy with this app !!!
-- wall-e the wine, 2022-09-05

### *---- "Simply awful"
I rarely ever write reviews - but this app (and associated website) is just inexcusably poor. Nothing remotely Premium about it.

Subscribe to News+ and read it on there instead.
