Worst app ever.

Takes forever to load, and sometimes item added missing.

Follow up services very bad

Two days I wrote in to asked can I exchange the product which I bought wrong size as a member , but they said will reply asap but till today nothing happened.

No point

So annoying. Downloaded the app cus they get us to in order for easy purchase but end up popping up to safari all the time. Then what for get us to download app! Urgh

Purchase from Decathalon

Employee Ricardo was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the purchase although he was unable to hear. I am glad that there are employees like him around.

App is very unstable

Firstly the App is very unstable and may hang and have to restart a few times. Free Delivery options is only available if you go to the store scan their QR code. It defeats the purpose of online shopping. Do not leave the store until you see the confirmation of your order on the App. If not you will be disappointed as you will have to go again to the store to get ur purchases again. Very disappointing App experiences. I suggest you all just buy direct from store.

Redesigned for better

Smoother and faster transaction. Only gripe it kept spamming marketing notifications even though it was supposed to be NOTIFY ORDER STATUS. Fix that please.

Lota of bugs

To buggy, developers need to improve the app

Missing prices on discounted items

Discounted items do not show the final price on most pages In addition on Plp, the price is very small. Hard to know what would be the final price
