## Deeleeo Reviews in Canada

### *---- "Jeff"
Tried once and never again. They let me submit a delivery, I paid $64 for it and then when it was supposed to be picked up I got a call saying they were unable to deliver it because they had no driver available. Better if they let me know up front instead of when I needed it delivered, especially at that price.
-- 86Jemech, 2025-12-25

### *---- "This app is useless"
No matter what I tried I couldn’t even get signed in. I tried creating a new account, using my google account. Nothing worked. This is the most useless app I’ve ever tried to use
-- leviyah1, 2024-09-07

### *---- "App Crashes"
Every time I click on my delivery to track it. The app crashes. The support doesn’t text back nor is there a delivery instruction option or if there is I can’t get to it cause the app crashes every time so I can’t get to that option. I texted support to include delivery instructions for my order and they didn’t text back nor did they update the driver on instructions.
-- Pshettell, 2024-06-26

### *---- "Useless"
Crashes any time I try to use it to track an upcoming delivery. Frustrating and pointless.
-- jensal_26, 2024-06-11

### *---- "cant track delivery"
Cant track delivery and UI is not great.
-- OmarM10, 2023-09-11

### *---- "Misleading and disfunctional"
I ordered something online and the company outsourced to this company for delivery. Got a text message with a link to the delivery ID and tracking ID, but then it requires to download the app. The app asks your personal information to signup. I try to use Apple ID to sign up to avoid giving my personal information to this app that I am unsure about, but it resulted in error. It’s very inconvenient for customers to track the delivery since why would I being forced to give away my personal information simply because the vendor chose this company for delivery?
-- Unique Clothing, 2023-08-08

### *---- "App is broken"
Did an order with a local company that uses them. Email said to download the app for tracking. After sign up, no way to add the delivery or anything. Sign up was buggy as hell, lot of personal info asked of. Defiantly not user friendly.
On top website has no info how to add delivery’s or any help what do ever.
-- trick1666, 2023-06-06

### *---- "Bait and Switch"
Web screen says I can track my delivery if I download the app, did the download have given all my personal info and now there is no way to add a delivery to track like promised. Not to mention poor overall usability of the app and the buggy sign up experience
-- MattArrr, 2023-03-29

### *---- "Do not like, do not recommend for businesses to use"
I do not like this app. I got a notification from a business for a delivery with a deeleeo ID and link (supposedly to track delivery). The link only went to a page to download the app (which I did) and then I signed up and there is nowhere to add my existing delivery by ID and seemingly no way to track my delivery. I noticed an “update note” to say an “added feature” is to delete account. If that many people are trying to delete an account maybe also fix the problem on why so many people are trying to delete their accounts. I will be giving feedback to the business to switch back to another app they’d previously used.

### ***** "Deeleeo + Team Rocks"
This app rocks. The quality of driver training and customer service is super strong for when any real world mistakes and gaps happen. Excited to see them continue to develop new functionality and features for my business.
