### *---- "Almost impossible to get it cancelled or get rid of."
While placing request to cancel the card, the guy literally said, sir we believe you are not leaving the country, just lying to get the card cancelled!!! 
The card was cancelled after 5 months and several emails/calls. The direct debit associated with the card should also be cancelled, but it isn’t. Now, Need another countless emails and international calls to get it cancelled. Due to this I can’t cancel my salary account and will be suffering the charges.

To be very honest this app and their customer service either its through instagram or application or their customer care number everything is worthless, first you apply for loan or credit card they take all your details along with the official email verification and then they forget about it. I hope that they doesn’t use our details for some other things. I highly recommend to avoid this application as it has been many days i didn’t receive any response. Couldn’t give zero star as its not in the option

After your new app updating you are charging an excess limit fee of 325/- and VAT for every month even though I am not exceeding my credit limit. When I am reach to the customer care regarding this they were not a customer friendly service.

### *---- "Confusing app with horrible customer service"
The app is clearly cheaply made with horrible design, not functional or understandable. Most (not all) service staff are misguided and unhelpful for most crucial tasks like activation issues, clarity on card processes etc. 

Only interest from Deem team comes when salespeople call to sell new credit card or loan. But again when mentioning problems with existing issues - no solution from salespeople, customer service, anyone unless we call complain aggresively.

Clearly another example of company with big name launching a weak credit card, weak application, pathetic service that is sold by overstressed sales people begging customers to help hit their targets.

Wish I could cancel this card without someone in the Deem team losing money, but not an option. Please do not make my mistake, don’t take the card for the welcome offers - it is not worth the hassle after.

Worst credit card.. issued cash back card on feb 24 , 30 aed cashback recived on next statement.. then no more.. talked with customer care they said stopped cashback benifits feb last.. 🥰 . And i cannot cancel the card for 1 yr because of welcome bonus🤣.

I don’t know how this type of Credit card exist in uae , These people are worse credit card service they have charge me without using the credit card which is unacceptable . I told them that i don’t wanna use the account and i won’t pay anything that i haven’t use it . i send them email they didn’t response my email and all . They made my Credit score BAD . I will recommend everyone don’t use this account .

Never ever deal with Deem. Absolutely zero customer rights. They play all emotional tactics to sell the card. Really wonder why such a reputated company like Mubadala is running this credit card. Following up for 3 weeks to get credit card statement. Agent will not solve the issues nor transfer call to Manager. App shows no card details, as the card is temporarily blocked. Looting people in daylight. Never deal with such pathetic credit card companies

Deem service is very bad and customer care didn’t reply. I was complaint but nothing reply. He detected my 451.5 dhs without any using. I paid but i want to cancel my card because when i open account he said life time free after one year he taking annual charge. I was complaint but he charge late payments fees also nothing reply so don't  waste your money or time in this apps.
