I've struggled with insomnia for years. After giving birth three months ago, it grew much worse. So on top of the normal sleep deprivation, I still couldn't sleep. This app has changed my life. I fall asleep easily now, usually before the session is finished. Even when I get up for feedings in the middle of the night I can use the app to fall back asleep if I have trouble. I don't have the anxiety I used to about sleep either. This is absolutely amazing. UPDATE: I started using this app again and while the hypnosis is still wonderful, I wish it would turn off when it's finished.
