DeepL need to fix as soon as possible their login system, every time need to login via website, making errors, everything really slow. Purchase premium and can’t recommend to do that, will delete this app

I thought it is a good translator until I only translated from English to Russian, German an vice versa. Recently I needed to translate a few sentences from English to Arabic. This is when I learnt that this translator not even close to good and can actually get you in trouble. It did not translate the numbers, years, percents and any digit to Arabic spelling leaving them as they were in original. This is wrong! First of all, years in Arabic not only different in spelling, but also in chronology. The digits are written differently in Arabic from commonly used in latin alphabet based languages. 
When I tried to report the issue to DeepL I found out that I can’t unless I have a paid subscription. Whahaha! How “the best” AI-best translator knows it is “the best of the best” is a mystery.  The developers are not even bothered to allow error reporting by registered users. Now the most important question: why would I pay for the service which returned inaccurate translation and proved to be far from the best on a trial?!
