I ordered a physical Visa card for 199 THB because the app stated that it would arrive within 14 days. However, it has still not arrived within the promised timeframe.

Please be careful before ordering. I am very disappointed with this experience and the lack of clarity regarding the delivery status.

I’m using this app from the start for many years and it’s going worse every year. That’s sad but it’s true. More then that, better to avoid to use their cards for any web payments, if you will get problem with payment or simple refund, this guys with stuck for a few month to getting your money back and only after you message them, terrible service.
