Cannot read half the introduction
Seems a good idea but as i cannot see half the things i am Supposed to read and select as they are out of the screen and there is no way of scrolling to them i find it dissapointing
SCAM - AVOID
I was using Deepstash for a few weeks, it was okay. I was on the free subscription and not signed up to any fees being incurred. One day a £40 charge is debited to my account. I notified Deepstash and their parent company Brainstash noting them of the mistake. However, they have since refused to issue a refund. AVOID IT IS A SCAM.
Good use of time
Had a lovely time soaking in the nuggets while waiting at the corridor.
Good content but childish
The whole streak nonsense is annoying and childish wish I could turn that feature off
DO NOT TRY FOR “FREE”
Very basic, not what I was expecting at all, same empty content as others. Plus It says yes we will remind you… but no! They dont remind you anything and just charge you! Impossible to find customer support or any contact to report or ask reund. Total DISAPPOINTMENT If you downloaded basically you will get robbed - have loose my time emailing them asking for my refund because for them, a notification in a app was their reminder - WHO gets active notifications for this kind of apps? NO ONE! Basically its a scam

terrible app with repetitive, poorly written articles that are full of mistakes. as other people here have said, they charge you the full amount and refuse any refund within a cooling off or trial period.
Scammed me
Used the free trial and it auto charged me a year instead of monthly, really poor and obvious cash grab. Nothing wrong with the app but scummy wat to do business
Money grabbing policies
After using the for a couple of days this app wasn’t for me. Having forgotten to cancel the trial I emailed their support a matter of hours after they took payment for a full years subscription. I apologised and asked for a refund as I would not be using the service. They refused, which I think is pretty poor practice and evident of a money grabbing company. In addition to this the money was taken from a card that was not used to authorise the purchase. I have taken this up with Apple and the financial ombudsman.
