Sound Quality Is Great. Bugs are Not
This app is littered with bugs and problems, Deezer seems to hate its customer base as they’ve done nothing to fix the problem. For an app which charges $18 a month for premium I’m disappointed.

Ive been using Deezer for years and have always enjoyed my experience. However, one of the last updates organised my downloaded music chronologically, in the order that they were downloaded. The past organisational method of alphabetical by artist and then album was much easier to navigate as you knew how to find an album. Now im finding myself scrolling up and down searching for an album and have albums from the same artist distributed throughout the entire collection rather than grouped in one place.
WHY DID DEEZER LOG ME OUT??? 5 TIMES AND IN DIFFERENT ACOUNTS
DEEZER CAN YOU FIX YOUR APP AND IF YOU WRITE BACK “oOh We FiXeD iT!1!” THEN WHY CAN I STILL NOT FIND ANYTHING
Paying Sub
After purchasing the family year subscription, the app I opened sadly informs me that it is not available in my region unless I make an additional payment, which I believed I had already taken care of unless my time has expired, but I received no prior warning. To make matters worse, I am unable to access my playlists and there is no option to export my data in order to switch to a different platform, as I am feeling disenchanted with Deezer. I will reach out to the EU privacy authorities to address this issue.
It makes no sense
I was trying to get a Spotify replacement while they fix a critical bug I wanted to try Deezer because I’ve heard good things about it. By why is there no free option in only certain countries? I immediately got rid of the app because I am not paying almost $20 a month for something I’m only gonna use for a bit.
add ai to your search engine so I get better results and fix the flow suggestions they are terrible
deezer you need to listen to your customers, fix the terrible songs suggested by flow and lastly make the search function better as it’s impossible to find the right songs.

Data corruption ruined a decade of my music
I have been a paying customer of Deezer for about a decade. I have around 2,200 “favourite” tracks. Now there are over 5,000 “favourite” tracks, none of which I’ve added myself. To say I feel devastated is to put it mildly. Help Deezer!!!!
Useless
App now says “Deezer free isn’t available in your country”, yet when I try to subscribe and tap on my selected plan, nothing happens. No popup. Nothing. I guess I’ll find a way to move my playlists to another streaming service and delete my account. If it even lets me do that. 😂
