There is a bug with favorite tracks
The downloaded version on favorite tracks does not play from the track you chose, when you press the first song it goes directly to the forth song on your list

Carplay issue
In the moment it is not working with Carplay. It came with an update. I can not access to general menu or make any operations in it. It is only blank (grey) page. Hope to resolve it ASAP. 🤞

When I search for a song the top predictions and results of the song I’m looking for are some random covers of the original and the original only comes in at 15th place instead of at the top. If I wanna listen to for example “One” by Metallica, I wanna listen to the song performed by Metallica, not a rege or pop cover by some random guy or band. It’s getting very annoying. I am considering canceling deezer and switching to spotify because when I wanna look for a song on that platform it pops up even before I complete the title of the song in the search bar… With deezer I gotta type the whole name of the song in hopes I’ll find the original and not the cover…
Current version is horrible.
Current version is horrible. Totally unintuitive every time I start it, what isn’t often, I struggle to find how to start where I left on web app on my PC and most obvious button is one which start shuffle play. Old version was much better and I can’t understand why they changed it.
Change in the flow option
Idk what you did to the flow option but now 3 out of 10 songs are the same. It is frustrating that if you skip a song it will come again after 2-3 skips... please fix this
CarPlay Deezer/Waze bug
I use Deezer for several years, and for some reason CarPlay Deezer/Waze bug is still not fixed. Every time I disconnect from CarPlay, deezer still plays and you can’t pause music at all. It’s just playing all the time. I need to force close the app, or to disconnect from Waze every time. After I got information of a 40% price rise I will use another music app for sure
Shameless raising of subsciption prices
Deezer has a disgraceful pricing policy. They rise the prices every now and then, which you can accept or not. They are certainly free to do so. But the last increase was insane. We are talking about a 73% surge in the fees. Thank you, but no thank’s.
