I rarely experienced a poor customer service to this level. They just don’t reply, or completely next to your demand. They lost a client for life. And I really recommend to everyone to run away from them. Treating people like that it’s just not okay.
I started receiving spam emails and couldn’t figure out why! Turned out I was pwned through Deezer leaking my info!!
The king is dead. I’ll never understand why Deezer decided to sabotage their own app, taking it from the best to worst streaming app overnight. Long live Queen Spotify.
i liked it when deezer was free and was able to play offline, but now we have to pay to listen to music, offline or not, it was slightly easier to use than spotify
But I didn't found anything like this one, it would be a perfect 5 stars for me if Mekureta Orange by Tokyo Ska paradise Orchestra were there. YES!! Only for that song I've been forced to try other apps.
I cancelled my subscription with you before the free trial ended and you have charged my credit card twice! Please refund those charges immediately. I’m not at all impressed with this.
Been using the app for a couple of years and very happy with the features and database of songs Deezer offers. You do get the occasional song that’s not the ‘genuine’ version, but overall, highly recommended.

Super cool with the funky colours! I love using this app to put music on or find what a song is called. It is really easy just to put on. They have a great collection! I like using in the morning or to tidy my room. - 10 year old girl
Was forced to look for a new streaming music provider after Google Music died. Deezer does everything I need. Playlist and new music suggestions/notifications are pretty good, and no issues so far finding obscure tracks. The interface is pleasing to the eye. I like that they so far haven’t defaulted to black background.
