Defender Soft Token

I have to look at this screen many many many times per day. For the love of God please enable landscape view mode on iPad.

I have no clue why the star ratings are generally so low. I’ve used this app for about 2.5 years now. I’ve never once had an issue with it and it works exactly as it says it does. Works great for my freelance work as well as for different financial accounts to keep everything safer. Keep up the good work!

Please make an easy to use Apple Watch app, so I don’t have to pull out my phone every time!

Crashes every time I try to add a new token after entering an activation code. Doesn’t matter what I do, always crashes. Useless to me and it’s REQUIRED from my employer...

Version 1.9 is using 27% of iPhone battery. Highest usage of all apps. Need capability to turn it off when not is use. Wish company used a better solution, like Authenticator.

I know this is a rather consumer like question, but could we get defender codes from our iwatch? I find I use it for a lot since I got it and it just seems silly to pull out my phone to type in my two factor now. Thanks

I recently switched to iPhone and when trying to apply the code it crashes the app and never activates my soft token. I tried on my iPad too. Please resolve ASAP, as it’s completely unusable currently.

Latest update cannot activate via code. The app constantly crashes. I tested using a non updated version and it works fine. It’s just this version 1.7 with problems. Please fix!
