I have no clue why the star ratings are generally so low. I’ve used this app for about 2.5 years now. I’ve never once had an issue with it and it works exactly as it says it does. I recently switched to iPhone and when trying to apply the code it crashes the app and never activates my soft token. I tried on my iPad too. Please resolve ASAP, as it’s completely unusable currently.
