I can’t speak to anyone concerning transactions and it’s really annoying

Why can’t I withdraw my money on Deggia, after putting down all the info needed..it keeps on saying error everytime , It’s Annoying

I put in money there around march till date it hasn’t allowed me to withdraw my money back.

I think there is a bug it doesn’t allow me to sign in , I log in and it takes me back to the login page

Your customer support never wokrs, never responds to Emails, never refunds money for failed food delivery. Requested an order and I didn’t get my food but I’ve been debited, it keeps happening what kind of thing is this, why would someone carry another persons food sometimes the food is left there unsupervised on the floor of the hostel. Then what’s the essence of the whole application. Now I can’t get a refund for my money. Rubbish

We can’t withdraw money how are we suppose to use this app tf!

please when would the issue if funds not reflecting be rectified

Try notifying the user to update app immediately after they are done placing an order. Coming into the app our mind dey food.

After login it forces me back to the sign in screen and i have to input my information again Even after doing that everytime i login it forces me to input my details again and logs me out

App isn’t perfect but it’s improving everyday, keep up the good work
