Absolutely Hopeless
Impossible to set up new account on first page of App on iPhone X. This is astonishing. If new potential customers stumble even at this most basic stage ! There is something seriously wrong. After reinstalling twice and getting the same recurring problem I deleted the app permanently and won’t be trying again. There are many other trading platforms available that at least appear to really want your business.

Vaak problemen, de winners en loserslijst van eender welke index die niet geladen wilt worden. De percentages winst of verlies van de indexen die de hele dag op hetzelfde blijven staan… En soms kan je gewoon niets meer doen, zoals vandaag weeral. Ik vraag me af waarom het zo moeilijk is om de app gewoon normaal te laten werken. Frustrerend!

I can’t access the platform. Everytime I try to open an account it doesn’t do anything, it just reloads the page. Help?

Duidelijke app die nog steeds werkt op mijn iphone 8. Goed aanbod en lage kost voor de kern ETF’s. Ik ben fan.

Doesn’t allow me to open an account
It bugs and when I click on open a new account, it blocks. Hence, I can’t use the app at all. I uninstalled it and installed it again. Same problem. I’m on iPhone iOS 17.1.1
Onmogelijke registratie
Kan mij niet registreren. Brengt mij continu op registratie pagina terug... spijtig 🙁 hopelijk vinden ze rap een oplossing hiervoor
