What’s the point of the app if they don’t offer good coupons? The coupons they mail out are way better than anything in the app, uninstalling.

After I order it always breaks and ends up slow. I have the latest version of the app every time and yet no fix. Worst app experience I’ve ever had, I waited over an hour and the app is still slow and so I can’t review my order which has taken an hour also.

Make the app more user friendly. Spent 20 minutes just trying to get the offers that you guys are promoting and when I get to the check out with the rest of my order, the offers are not there and had to go back and redo the orders all over.

I arrived in the drive-through at 8:58 two cars in front of me. The lady responded. Could you please hold as she put me on hold? She waited till 9:00 when she responded, can I take your order? I asked for three of the snack tacos and making sure that I am going to get the price for 2.49$ she responded no it’s 9:01 I responded yes but I’ve been sitting here as you asked me to be on hold before nine and then I said OK never mind I guess I can’t get the tacos. I’ll just get the chips and guacamole and the only reason I ordered is so I can get a receipt to let you guys know that that is uncalled for.

It’s a scam

The Del Taco in Mesquite Nevada has to be most efficiently run Del Taco in your whole system. The manager’s name is Vanessa Gayton. She is very efficient and conscientious. By the way, did I mention that she’s got a great personality also. Sometimes I worry that you’re going to promote her out of that Del Taco in Mesquite. She is that efficient. We love her. Im hungry and I wanna order del taco. I can’t do that though because I’m waiting on this stupid verification email to be able to access the app. Guess what del taco, I’m eating somewhere else.

Can’t use Apple Pay so makes the app completely useless

Not user friendly. With other fast food apps, when you select a reward, it automatically gets added to your order and you get to enjoy a free food item. With this app, selecting a reward item only pre-selects it and you have a certain number of days to use it. So after going through the drive thru, you realize that your free food item is missing because you never selected it. You only pre-selected it. You have to remember to pre-select it, and then when you go to pay, re-select it again. I’m not sure why I have to select it twice. If I’m in the app, I obviously want the food item now. Not sometime within the next 30 days. What if I change my mind about what I want to spend my reward points on within those 30 days? Selecting a reward item should automatically add it to today’s order. Just my two cents as someone who likes using different fast food apps.

App will not allow me to use my offers either on line or in person! The store manager keeps telling me that there’s a problem with the app! She does not appear to have the ability to adjust the purchase price to give us the food we are trying to get. This only happens with newest update! This has been going on for over a month now. Why can’t I use my offers? I feel like you are cheating me! I’m a regular customer and I’m a disabled senior citizen on a fixed income from Social Security so it’s hard for me to cook at home. My husband is disabled also. We love your food but will be going to Wendy’s or Subway they always accept the promotions!!! Joan Gordon
