## Del Taco Reviews in United States

### *---- "Okay app but doesn’t show cost of add ons"
App works well enough. Main annoyance is no Apple Pay and if you customize with extras it doesnt show the cost of those add ons. I ordered two items that cost $2.50 and another that cost 0.99. The total shown on the checkout only included those costs until I completed the check out and it showed the total being $11.
-- StoreNickname99, 2025-01-04

### ***-- "Will not let me sign up"
I’ve tried multiple emails, I’ve done everything to think of to do and it just doesn’t work. Gets stuck on choosing a location and no way to move forward. Don’t send me a verification email. Just over it lol
-- AJ Heere, 2024-12-31

### ***-- "Meh"
App is alright. Kind of a pain they don't have Apple Pay so you have to enter your credit card every time you make an order (save card feature doesn't work) It's also annoying that your rewards and offers are only available on a like a weird pre-order page on the app so you have to navigate back through everything to take another look if you want to see offers/rewards again.
-- Shshcusgaanslo, 2024-12-30

### **--- "Signing in with Apple"
It requires you to verify with the email but if you Sign in with Apple ID you don’t have access to the virtual email it uses. So you basically can’t use the app at all. It’s been like this for over 3 years.
-- LoveeKandii, 2024-12-30

### *---- "Can’t ever use this as its ment to"
I can’t ever use these coupons as they are ment to. These people can’t seem to do their job and scan my QR code and use my coupons…ever!!! I don’t know what their issue is
-- Lisapizza79, 2024-12-23

### *---- "App don’t work"
Spent 40 minutes trying to get promo offers and never worked. Also my saved credit card never works. Always have to delete and reenter. Happens all the time like it’s a scam
-- heresscotty, 2024-12-23

### *---- "0 stars"
Been in the parking lot trying to order for the past 10 minutes on the app. Keep getting Network error. This is the only app on my phone Im having issues with.
-- liars_222_23, 2024-12-22

### **--- "Needs improvement"
Please just find a way to copy Mc Donald’s app. This one doesn’t work with your kiosks. I can’t use my freebies and your restaurants are woefully understaffed. Your patronage is failing for these reasons.
-- Mr pgeorge, 2024-12-21

### **--- "Needs redesign"
First issue was I could t get it to work with “Sign in with Apple” the verification email never came through (waited 30 min and tried twice) The app is just hard to use for rewards and checking your cart, modifying items and doesn’t accept Apple Pay.
-- Dman6425, 2024-12-21

### ***-- "Works but you can’t enter a receipt at all."
As much as I enjoy using the app, you need to fix some things on here. There are times when you don’t use the rewards feature and you want to manually enter a receipt. Well guess what? IT DOESN’T WORK.
No matter how many times you input everything correctly, you will get an error and you will not earn those points you missed out on.
I must say, that is some shady with the developers of this app have done.
