Worst experience I’ve ever had

The order I received was ordered well past delivery time and I didn’t even get a hello from the driver. I was okay with that. Until I opened my bag of food and saw my order had been messed up and all of the food was cold. I went to eat the cheeseburger and started dry reaching from it. I couldn’t eat it at all it tasted off. The drinks were just water and they missed food. I then called up to complain so they re ordered the food that was missing plus drinks and cheeseburgers. Same issue with the drinks and cheeseburger. By this point I was just so frustrated I felt like they didn’t listen to me at all and I was completely put off my food and could not eat it. When I complained through the chat all I got was a sorry and here’s a free delivery discount code. I’m sorry but an entire meal was ruined not to mention my time. I’ve been going back and forth with the deliver easy customer service and I still haven’t had it resolved not to mention the service I have received was the absolute worst. I will not be going through them again!!!

Trash app experience, constantly late delivery and expensive. Better walk to get your order.

Needs additional inclusion added

McDonald’s McCafé currently has only 1 extra shot on the current version of the delivery easy app. Put 2 - 5 extra shots like if I were ordering at kiosk in the McDonald’s restaurant, please 🙂 (ii) If the fast food restaurant or independent business on Delivery Easy doesn’t have a particular item in a particular product, the staff on that shift should notify the customer via of other options they may want before going ahead with the customers order.Not ‘sorry’ on the item when the customer has received the purchased item.

Don’t use

I have tried this app 4 times and not once was my order delivered correctly. Every time something has been missing.

Good service and no tipping screen

Reliable and quick deliveries. I use this over Uber because Uber is bringing tipping into NZ.

Can’t even find my address anymore

I’ve used this app for a good while and now I can’t even enter my address and search as it comes up with nothing

Easily the worst food delivery app ive used

Gets worse with each update

I love Delivereasy but the app has gotten worse with each update. I now have to both log in AND manually enter my address every time I place an order or even open the app. I should note that in no past version did it ever "remember" my address from my login information; I would always have to manually enter that manually but in the past it was only occasionally that I would have to log back in. Now it's every time I use the app. I keep hoping that will get fixed in the next update but it's actually gotten worse. Delivereasy as a service is pretty much five stars and in my opinion is a far better service than any of its competitors (despite a comparatively limited number of offerings) but unfortunately the app isn't up to that standard.

Good

It’s a good app only negative don’t have a option to contact delivery drivers. When they arrive so it’s easy for us to contact them
