This is one of the apps I bought when I had an iPhone 3G. Amazing app. However, over time, shipping companies removed API access and it has become less useful, through no fault of the dev. Sadly, the app isn’t as useful as it was a few years ago.
It used to work great, but now has problems updating info with multiple delivery companies, including UPS. Looks like they’re not maintaining this, just milking the cow until it dies. Def not worth installing in the current state of things (2024)
The app can no longer communicate with any delivery service. It’s now just a colorful notepad to hold your tracking numbers. But less useful than notepad because iCloud sync is not functional and you will never see your data on your other device. Example Mac and iPhone. If it’s not going to be fixed if it’s not going to track, please just remove the app from the stores.
I’m a paid subscriber and the app stopped working for me over 2 weeks ago. Cannot enter any items for delivery. I’m cancelling my subscription.
This app was one of the best – but after a year of the developer being absent it’s really started to break down. It’s a shame they don’t pass it on to an interested party who would bring it back to life. Reminiscent of Newton Mail
I have been a paid user for years. I appreciated the convenience of having my delivery information in one place. Now it seems that all I get is Not found Make sure the information you entered is correct, or check back later. It may take a day or two until tracking information is available. I am sorry to say that something I willing paid for is now just wasted memory on my iOS devices. I hope that Apple reads all of these reviews and doesn’t permit the sale of an app that doesn’t work.
Even with a subscription, this app isn’t able retrieve useful delivery information. It’s merely a place holder for your tracking number. Then you have to click a link to the shipping companies website to see your parcel delivery details. I’ve emailed the developer and did not get a reply.
Once upon a time, I used this app daily to tract incoming shipments for my business and it was fantastic and indispensable! Now unfortunately, it no longer works for most shipments. The developer mentions that many shipping companies have changed their backends to prevent third-party trackers like this one from accessing their services yet I’ve seen other apps that have adapted and continue to work. Sadly, I’d recommend that users look elsewhere for reliable shipment tracking… or at least until this has been addressed by JuneCloud.
