They just don’t seem to understand what “tracking” means.

Please consider adding UPS Mail Innovations. Otherwise, a user will have to know to use the same tracking number in both UPS & USPS to track their items.

Honestamente el diseño de la aplicación está muy bien su interface sencilla y muy entendible de usar para cualquiera que es nuevo el diseño está mucho más que lindo, me gusta mucho, se nota que fue desarrollada con cariño, pero siendo que hay unos pequeños errores que serían muy bueno que repararan ya que a veces suceden de vez en cuando, pero fuera de eso la aplicación muy buena espero que le sigan dando mantenimiento en el futuro y que siga siendo igual de buena

Paid for premium USPS tracking does not always match what usps.com has even after refresh also adding and removing tracking items does not always work

To who it may concern My name is Renee Saylor and three days ago. Your delivery drivers were here to deliver a package that my brother-in-law had tried to send me three days in a row yesterday I left a note on the door where there is a doorbell camera saying to leave the package by my door, your delivery drivers did not knock on the door or ring the doorbell whatsoever because there was a 17 year-old and a 13 year-old here at the house and their father was in and out doing business and running errands just like I was I told my brother-in-law never use your services ever again and I will never ever send a package through your services everbecause of the way you are a very dissatisfied customer

Why pay a subscription to have more than one tracking listed. When the one tracking information you get for free is one day behind. That’s a big difference. First impressions are everything to me. Especially when you’re asking for my money.

Had an sudden issue with the app not opening properly. Sent email to report problem and got reply that it was fixed 14 minutes later. Best customer service I’ve ever experienced!!! Thank you Carlos!!

This app is not bad but it’s asking to buy premium for adding more than 1 tracking number and also the privacy policy has an error 404, not comfortable giving my tracking details to someone who won’t even tell me what they do with them. (very sus)
