User unfriendly with extremely bad service 😖😖😖

The prices are higher! It's cheaper to order from the restaurant's website.

Doesn’t work with foreign phone number

It’s not about the app

The rate is not only attributed to the app. That’s the rate to the whole service quality. That is not okay when: - Customer support continues writing you in French when you said you speak English only; (is it some kind of joke, really?) - Couriers do not contact you when they arrive; - The only place they do contact you is the chat you had no idea about even exist in the app; - There’s no customer support line in English; - Couriers do not try to interact with the surrounding in case something goes wrong. Say I was in a hotel, courier did not even try to approach the receptionist. Overall, I’ve been a client for at least half a year and with this review I am deleting this app. The latest order was a disaster, everything was executed in a way to make me feel that they don’t care about their clients. I’ve got more than 200 delivery orders for the last two years, so I believe I got enough data to compare.

Worst App ever

I have had problems with everything from veryfying number to placing an order. Did not work out at all.

You don’t want to serve a hungry person with a terrible UX

Not able to register

If you do not have local number in Italy it is not possible to register here. Contacted with support, they suggested nothing 🙃

Took money, but no delivery

I paid for a dinner, which never arrived. The driver let me wait on the street for 30 minutes and then just marked the order as delivered. Customer service is basically non existent.

No option to translate the menu
